Key Features

01/

Aramid fiber maintains high strength under heat, friction, and long-term loading, making it suitable for protective equipment and industrial securing components.

02/

Para-Aramid / Meta-Aramid Heat StabilityPara-aramid and meta-aramid yarns retain load-bearing strength under repeated heat contact, keeping the strap body from softening or losing shape around hot contact points.

03/

Low-Elongation Pull ControlThe aramid woven structure limits stretch during sustained pull and repeated tensioning, keeping the strap position stable after each load cycle.

04/

Flame-Resistant Fiber BehaviorAramid fiber resists quick flame spread during brief flame, spark or hot-particle contact, so the webbing structure does not melt back immediately at the exposed edge.

05/

Reinforced Woven Surface Against Edge FrictionA reinforced aramid woven face handles rough edge contact and repeated buckle friction, reducing surface fuzzing and edge wear during tightening.

Quality Control & Testing

Aramid Webbing quality control starts with para-aramid and meta-aramid yarn selection, weave density, width, thickness, warning-line position and color-batch matching. Production and inspection records are controlled under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 procedures, with checks on tensile strength, low elongation, abrasion resistance, heat and flame exposure behavior, edge condition and roll consistency. Bulk rolls are inspected against approved samples and order specifications before shipment, keeping strength, structure and appearance stable for fire-safety equipment, industrial protection, rescue gear and other high-temperature applications.

FAQ

Q: 1. Can Aramid Webbing be sampled first?

A: Yes. Sample webbing can be made first to confirm hand feel, color, and basic structure. Regular samples usually take 3–5 working days, while special yarns or new weave structures usually take 7–10 working days.

Q: 2. Can you quote if there is no complete drawing and only a physical sample is available?

A: Yes. We can first prepare the quotation direction based on the physical sample, target application, estimated quantity, and delivery form. Before bulk production, the sample standard and order records need to be finalized.

Q: 3. Can multiple colors or multiple roll specifications be combined in one order?

A: Yes. They can be managed as one purchasing batch, but each color, roll length, and label version needs to be recorded separately for production, warehousing, and repeat orders.

Q: 4. How are MOQ and bulk lead time arranged?

A: Regular specifications start from 500m / color / spec. New colors, special yarns, or new weaves are usually scheduled from 1000–3000m / color. Bulk production usually takes 2–4 weeks.
