MOQ and Samples

Regular webbing orders: with existing materials, standard colors, and standard constructions, production can be organized from 500 m / color / spec.

Customized color, customized weave, or special-strength orders: organized at 1000–3000 m / color / construction, which is more suitable for branded repeat orders and long-term supply programs.

For sling sleeve, sling wear pads, and finished protective components, 1–2 pcs samples are prepared first. The first order is organized as a 300–500 pcs / size / style pilot lot, and bulk orders can then be scaled by size mix, labeling, and packaging method.

Sample lead time: 3–5 working days for standard materials and standard constructions; 7–10 working days for new colors, new weaves, new structures, or sewn finished samples.

Free samples: standard material swatches and basic color cards are provided within a certain quantity range; fully customized samples, sewn samples, and samples with branded labels are charged separately based on sampling cost.

Customization Process

After the customer submits drawings, samples, or specifications, Oppermann first organizes the product application, dimensions, target strength, color, label files, packaging method, order quantity, and target market requirements. The sample stage verifies only the custom order itself: dimensions, color, structure, labels, packaging, and carton loading method.

Once the sample is confirmed, bulk production follows the same sample record, label files, packaging requirements, and order quantity. The lead time for regular custom webbing bulk production is 2–4 weeks. Orders involving cutting, sewing, labeling, set packaging, or multi-size combinations require an additional 3–7 days. Packaging, quantity, and shipment marking checks should allow 1–2 days.

Standard products can be completed within a maximum of 30 days. Repeat orders use the previously confirmed sample, color, label, and packaging records. Regular repeat orders are scheduled within 7–15 days; complex constructions or multi-process orders are scheduled within 3–8 weeks.

Private Label and Export Packaging

Private label orders integrate brand information into labels and packaging, rather than only applying a logo to the outer carton. The order can include brand label, warning label, barcode label, product identification label, carton label, shipping mark, and pallet label.

Roll webbing is packed in rolls, then placed into cartons with inner bag or moisture-resistant packaging. sling sleeve and wear pad orders are packed by individual piece, set, or project quantity. Export packaging uses cartons with fumigated wooden pallet. Outer cartons and pallets are marked according to shipping mark, PO number, SKU, quantity, gross weight, net weight, and destination port requirements.
