Our factory currently employs 75 staff members, boasts a modern workshop covering approximately 6,500 square meters, and specializes in manufacturing a wide range of industrial webbings. It has an annual production capacity of 3,000 tons and annual sales have exceeded RMB 80 million. The company's products have a wide range of application scenarios, covering highways, aviation safety transportation restraint systems, hoisting and high-altitude operations in the transportation and industrial sectors; gardens, poultry farms and horse ranches in the agricultural, forestry and aquaculture sectors; as well as sprinkler systems for beds, sofas and other products in the home furnishing sector. They comprehensively meet the usage needs of multiple industries.
Production Equipment
The company is equipped with comprehensive production and testing equipment. On the production side, it has 65 high-speed looms, 3 high-performance dyeing and finishing machines imported originally from Germany, along with 1 heat transfer machine, 1 screen printing machine, 2 roller printing machines, 3 flatbed machines, 2 tape cutting and winding machines, and 1 double-sided external inspection tape winding machine. On the testing side, there is a tensile testing machine with a capacity of up to B/S 60T, as well as dry/wet rub fastness testers, hexagonal rod abrasion testers, and horizontal/vertical flammability test devices.
Production Market
The company has operations spanning the domestic market and overseas regions including the United States, Asia (Southeast Asia), the Middle East, and Europe. It has established partnerships with clients such as Am Safe-whose business delivers stable and robust performance-and Boeing/Airbus.
Additionally, the company has collaborated with Shandong STAECO to successfully develop the cargo hold barrier net webbing for the C919 aircraft, and has also participated in defining the technical specifications and requirements for the webbing. It also maintains stable cooperation with Dolyzech (Germany and China), Sewota, and Liftall (USA). Since 2013, the company has been supplying webbing to Tenknor Apex (USA), and the group maintains strong demand for its products.
