Manufacturing Capability

Oppermann has built a complete manufacturing process around industrial webbing, covering weaving, dyeing and finishing, printed marking, tape cutting and winding, visual inspection, and performance testing. The factory manufactures webbing according to different width, strength, color, structure, printing, and application requirements, ensuring that the specifications approved at the sample stage are consistently carried through bulk production.

The factory is equipped with 65 high-speed looms for producing polyester lashing webbing, safety harness webbing, automotive webbing, sports webbing, egg belt, cable protection webbing, special performance webbing, and other industrial webbing products.

During weaving, width, thickness, weave construction, breaking strength, edge stability, and batch-to-batch consistency are controlled at the same time. Webbing for different applications is matched with the appropriate weave construction according to the actual load direction, installation position, and operating environment. This supports manufacturing requirements for cargo lashing, lifting protection, safety protection, automotive components, cable protection, agricultural equipment, and related applications.

The factory operates 3 high-performance dyeing and finishing machines imported from Germany to process webbing color, hand feel, surface condition, and batch stability. The dyeing and finishing process controls color consistency, batch color variation, dry and wet rubbing performance, surface flatness, and compatibility with downstream processing.

For long-term supply programs or repeat bulk orders, the dyeing and finishing process keeps the appearance color, surface condition, and application performance consistent across different batches, reducing color and hand-feel deviation in follow-up production orders.

The factory is equipped with heat transfer printing machines, screen printing machines, and roller printing machines to support logo, identification marks, warning lines, specification marks, and functional patterns on the surface of webbing.

The printing method is selected according to the webbing material, surface condition, color, pattern accuracy, and order quantity. Safety harness webbing, lashing webbing, sports webbing, and custom webbing can be produced with brand logos, product category marks, assembly identification information, and end-use instructions integrated into the manufacturing process.

The factory is equipped with tape cutting and winding equipment, flatbed machines, and double-sided visual inspection winding equipment for fixed-length processing, roll preparation, and pre-shipment visual inspection.

During tape cutting and winding, products are prepared according to the customer's downstream cutting, assembly, storage, and bulk-use requirements. The process checks length consistency, roll neatness, edge condition, surface stains, skipped yarns, color differences, damage, and printing position. Before packaging, each product batch goes through double-sided visual screening to keep outgoing shipments neat and consistent.
